- Safety & Health Consultants
- Develop Safety Files in line with Client’s Health & Safety Specifications;
- Notify Department of Employment and Labour as required by Construction Regulations;
- Health & Safety audits and inspections;
- Legal appointments and organograms.
- Monthly site visits and attending of quarterly SHE committee meetings.
- Investigate all incident, near miss reporting and injuries and report back to all relevant parties
- Review and update all required documentation
- Safety Plan
- Risk Assessments
- Fall Protection Plan
- Assisting with Method Statements and checking whether the responsible persons follow safe work procedures.
- Enforce discipline on site and ensure that compliance with standards and safety procedures are met.
- Developing workable Safety Management Systems.
- Induct all new employees and assist with weekly toolbox talks
Site Safety File Compliance:
- Company Registration, Insurance and COIDA documents;
- Compile a Safety Plan to be inline with Client’s Health & Safety Specifications;
- Compile safety documentation to be inline with the OHS Act and regulations;
- Compiling of method statements;
- Task specific Risk Assessment;
- Compile a Fall Protection Plan in line with fall risks associated with work activities;
- Toolbox talks and safety briefings;
- Material safety data sheets (MSDS);
- COVID-19 requirements.
We also offers assistances with Safety Management during project:
- Health & safety audits and inspections;
- Health & Safety Plans, Site Safety File and inspection reports;
- Legal appointments;
- Maintain the Health & Safety Plan and Safety File, regular site inspections;
- Investigate incident, near miss reporting and IOD reporting;
- Task risk Assessments and Safe Work Method Statements;
- Enforce and ensure legal compliance;
- New employees or site induction
- Daily or Weekly toolbox talks.
- Compile a “Project Compliance Report” after every visit to site
- 1 Meeting / attend client safety audit on your behalf.
